On the nose, this wine has aromas of rich, tropical fruit and apple cobbler. Scents of crème brûlée, sweet peach and honeysuckle are also present in this complex Chardonnay. Upon first sip, the entrance to the palate is seduced with flavors of mango, red apple and ripe nectarine flavors. These are quickly followed by notes of hazelnut, honeycomb, brown sugar and the spice of new French oak on the finish. Food pairing: Shrimp Scampi, Sea Bass, Fettuccine with Clam Sauce, Pecorino Cheese or a Double Cream Camembert or Brie.
