The aromas of this Pinotage are moderate and consist mainly of smoke, vanilla, and red fruit. It's not a sweet smokey smell, more a smoke you get when cooking meat.
At first swirl, this Cabernet from winemaker Bill Knuttel displays deep aromas of raspberry, sage and dried floral elements.
