This is a wine with many uses. Most people who enjoy off-dry style fruit wines drink it as an aperitif or as an alternative to grape-based semi-sweet wines. This hard cider pairs well with mild cheeses, savory salads, and lightly grilled chicken or pork. Try it as a tasty alternative on Thanksgiving.

This wine avails of a red rubis dress with raspberry tints. The smell is fresh and fruity. We can find little red fruits or black fruits touches and also black pepper touches. The palate is frank and elegant. This wine is complex with touches of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and spice. Tannins are elegant.
