Made by Alessandro Botter principally from Glera (Prosecco) grapes, this has a straw color and small bubbles. The aroma is of lemon and green apples with a touch of spring flowers. This is slightly fuller in fruit flavor and on the palate than the Adagio Frizzante Prosecco.

This wine shows intense and deep ruby-red color with violet hues. It generously offers aromas of ripe berries and plum jam, with subtle toasty and smoked notes provided by the aging process in French Oak barrels. There is a wonderfully balanced and big-structured mouth-feel with sweet and concentrated tannins.

This is a wine of great character and charm with an intense Garnet color. On the nose the bouquet is red bell pepper, cassis and intense spice (brought by the Syrah). There are also hints of chocolate and vanilla, which the oak has contributed. Round and full in the mouth, there are balancing ripe tannins. Red berry fruit and black pepper come to mind. A long and delicious finish.

Our Carmenere Reserva is a deep, dark red color. The nose is lively and expressive, with red fruit intermingled with subtle notes of white pepper and curry. On the palate this wine is well rounded, with moderate structure and a nice persistence.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is deep, bright ruby-red in color. The nose offers an interesting and complex array of aromas that ranges from cherries to plums and blueberries, along with soft notes of cassis and mint from the barrel aging. The palate is flavorful and complex, with medium body and firm tannins that add good structure and a subtle sweetness

An attractive vivid straw-yellow color, with intense delicate aromas led by floral tones of violet and geranium so typical of Viognier, accompanied by smooth tropical notes from the Sauvignon Blanc. Moderately intense on the palate, with notes of passion fruit re-emerging along with a slight acidity.
