Dalton's Canaan White is a harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and White Riesling. A combination that results in wonderfully crisp, yet fruity semi-dry wine, full of Mediterranean sunshine. Serve chilled

Scents of vanilla bean and crushed violet add interest to the dark-fruit driven bouquet. The firmly structured mouth shows the same depth of flavor, with concentrated notes of boysenberry and cassis that are matched similarly strong earthy elements of black tea leaves and leathery spice.

Gamla Merlot was produced from Merlot and a small amount of Cabernet Sauignon, all grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing these classic varieties. Aging in oak barrels, mostly French with a bit of American, rounds out the berry floral and spice characters in this approachable and elegant Merlot. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 65 - 70 degrees.

The Gamla Pinot Noir highlights aromas of violets, raspberries, sour cherries and spice. These qualities, along with the wine's medium body, make for an immediately approachable, yet classic, Pinot Noir.

The wine is from our vineyard at Avne-Eitan in the Golan with an addition of 15% from The Dishon Vineyard in the Kadesh Valley. The wine has a deep concentrated almost black color. Its aroma is also concentrated: cassis, wild berries, cloves and chocolate. The wine has a very long finish.

The wine is from our vineyard at Alma in the Northern Galil. The wine has a deep garnet color. Its intense aroma is of raspberry and black cherries with hints of vanilla, and cinnamon. The wine is particularly intense in body and taste .

The wine is from our Dovev vineyard on Mt. Godrim on the Lebanese border. The wine has a deep concentrated purple, black color. The wine has a unique "cold climate" aroma of eucalyptus, mint and coffee. The wine is intensely tannic, with tastes of cherries, cassis and herbs. The wine's finish is both powerful and elegant.
