Brooklyn Brown Ale, made exclusively with American ingredients, won Bronze medals at the Great American Beer Festival in the Strong Ale Category in 1991 and in the American Brown Ale Category in 1992. Brooklyn Brown uses pale, crystal, chocolate, and black malts to attain a complex creamy texture. It is more heavily hopped than its British forbears.

Brooklyn Pilsner is a refreshing golden lager beer, brewed in the style favored by New York’s pre-Prohibition brewers. In the 1840’s, the pilsner style emerged from central Europe to become the world’s most popular style of beer. Like its ancesters, Brooklyn Pilsner is traditionally brewed from the finest European two-row barley malts. German-grown Perle and Hallertauer hops provide a crisp, snappy bitterness and fresh, floral aroma. We ferment Brooklyn Pilsner at cool temperatures and then give it a long, gentle maturation (lagering), which results in a beer of superior complexity and smoothness.

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION This is the famous Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, our award-winning rendition of the Imperial Stout style once made exclusively for Catherine the Great. We use three mashes to brew each batch of this beer, achieving a luscious deep dark chocolate flavor through a blend of specialty roasted malts. We brew it every year for the winter season. It is delicious when newly bottled, but also ages beautifully for years.

It pours a deep gold-orange and although the head is initially substantial, it doesn’t take long for it to collapse and virtually disappear. It does, however leave some lacing. Brooklyn Oktoberfest gives off a yeasty, roasted caramel bouquet, with a hint of butterscotch. It is medium-bodied and sweet, and really thickens the saliva.

Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but made entirely with now-rare Sorachi Ace hops grown by a single farm in Oregon.

Great berry fruits and spicy oak on the nose are enhanced by underlying dark cherry and cigar box aromas. Superb structure and finely textured tannins make this wine soft on the palate.

You can feel sweet notes of berries and cassis, yet a warm sensation. The palate is elegant, harmonious and well structured. Essential for special occasions and to be enjoyed on its own.

Dalton's Canaan White is a harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and White Riesling. A combination that results in wonderfully crisp, yet fruity semi-dry wine, full of Mediterranean sunshine. Serve chilled

One of the ost well known and appreciated Italian wines, this Chianti has a brght ruby red color with cherry and chocolate on the nose. Intensely fruity and velvety, yet round soft tannins, and a complex finish.

Cordon Negro Brut is crisp, clean and well balanced. It is medium-bodied with a palate of apple, pear and bright citrus flavors with a moderately long finish and a crisp touch of ginger. It goes great with any type of food.

Carta Nevada Semi Dry has a residual sugar level of 4%, thus striking a balance between sweetness and dryness. It is toasty in aroma, yet fruity and flavorful on the palate. It tastes of creamy, sweet peaches with good custardy flavors. A nice zing of acidity keeps it balanced.

Nose: Soft and medium-sweet. quite fresh with a slight menthol character, gently peated with a slight earthy touch.

Finish: Of good length, almost dry with a good peaty flavour.

Taste: Medium-dry, minty, with good body and a firm, but gentle dark earthy smokiness.

Colour: Pale mid amber with old gold highlights.
