Some of the oak casks at Samuel Smith’s date back more than a century with the individual oak staves being replaced by the Old Brewery coopers over the years. Gradually the casks soak in more & more of the character of the ale fermented in stone Yorkshire squares. Yorkshire Stingo is aged for at least a year, matured in these well-used oak casks in the brewery’s underground cellars deriving fruit, raisin, treacle toffee, Christmas pudding and slight oaky flavours, before being further naturally conditioned in bottle.
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The top product from the Rochefort Trappist brewery. Dark color, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of vinousness and other complexities.
There are aromas of apple, pear, slight pineapple, citrus and spun sugar. In the glass the flavors of apple, pear, citrus, cotton candy are balanced by a touch of slight oak on the finish. This wine is spicy, yet fruity with crisp mouth feel and a long aftertaste.
On the nose you will find aromas of black cherry, plum, cassis, cocoa and some earthy notes In the glass there are flavors of black cherry, plum, cassis, chocolate and slight eucalyptus.
Temptation Zinfandel is rapidly becoming one of America's most popular zinfandels. The casual easy drinking wine that blends zinfandel from our three favorite zin regions - Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Solano County. On the nose you will find aromas of plum, red cherry, dark fruits, spice, a touch of oak and vanilla.
Varietally distinct, this Zinfandel captures the true essence of Alexander Valley. The fruit is sourced from a variety of vineyards with differing microclimates. This provides winemaker Kevin Hall with an array of unique parcels of fruit. Once vinified, these parcels are blended together and then allowed to mature in French and American oak for 10 months.
California's iconic zinfandel exhibits many different styles, often expressing the regional characteristics of the vineyards where grapes are grown. Aged for more than a year in 30 percent new American oak, this medium-bodied bottling is true to its Dry Creek roots. It shows complexity, richness and excellent balance. In the glass, the wine exudes zinfandel's trademark aromas of blackberry, cracked pepper, oak and lingering earth notes. On the palate, expect dark berry and red fruit flavors, plum and spice with nice acidity and even tannins.
Stock 84 is known for its smooth and mellow flavor. It has a soft aroma with a very faint fruitiness. This brandy is made exclusively from the trebbiano grape.
Cavit Riesling is fresh and lively, with vibrant notes of peach and apricot. The finish is crisp with soft fruit flavors.
Pale yellow with green highlights. Notes of apricot, white peach and sage. Refreshing, lively and superbly balanced, with a vibrant frizzante quality and wonderful sweetness.
Rich fruity nose with a light woody touch, toasted nut notes and hint of brioche.

This vibrant wine displays all the characteristics Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs are famous for - intense grapefruit aromas with herbaceous undertones. Racy flavors of green apple and tropical fruit. This wine is crisp, dry and refreshing with a zippy lemon-lime finish.
Pale gold colour. Very delicate floral fragrances mixed with fern and underlined by subtle minerality. Well-structured and well-balanced. Very pure aromas. Lovely refreshing finish.
A very intense color with hints of purple. The nose is blackberries and cherries in brandy. In the mouth we have finesse and elegance rather than exuberance. The attack is straightforward, ample and fresh, the middle of the mouth is well-rounded and enveloped by elegant tannins which do not overpower. At the finish, the tannins still remain tight, barely starting to fade away.
Amber in color with a moderate to full bodied taste of dried apricot and nutmeg. Aged a minimum of 8 years.
Brightly colored, the explosive red berry fruits in the nose and on the palate are accented by notes of spice & a touch of earth. Fresh and lively, this beautiful dry Provençal-style Rosé.
